To direct and supervise students, faculty, and volunteers who shared the equal vision of the Iota Heart Auxillary of UW-Parkside in touching the problems vexed in the Kenosha and Racine communities. Developed and implemented fundraisers, workshops, educational awareness seminars, food drives, health conferences, and organized mature volunteers to assist in physical aspects of the various shelters throughout the communities. *Must be detail-oriented.

2001 “Research Project in Collaboration with Dr. Lee Ross” Kenosha, WI

· Awarded Undergraduate research funds in collaboration with Dr. Lee Ross of the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in presenting a major issue which surfaced the communities of : Racine and Milwaukee County-detailing the high proportion of prisoners and minorities.

2000 “Ritualistic Crime Speaclist Community Presentation” Kenosha, WI

· Successfully completed (14) hours of instruction in “Kids, Cults, Gangs, and Violence”. Participated in presenting training workshops designed exclusively for the Boys and Girls Club of Kenosha and The Kenosha County Gang Committee-geared towards the prevention of Adolescent Involvement in teen related violent incidents.

1994 “Building Peace in Our Community” Milwaukee,WI

. Bringing together a number of diverse views from all sectors of the community on the mission of the importance of education, and how it plays a huge factor towards the reduction of neighborhood crime. Co-sponsored by the Dr.Martin Luther King Community Center under the guidance of Greg Brown.
